Soooo, as you can probably tell by the relative silence from me, that I have failed on the dreadtober pledge to finish my Deredeo. Between one thing and another I did not get past the final wash stage on the armour plates. Not too worried about it though, just got to go with the flow :).

It has been a little quiet here for the last few weeks from me (although Ynneadwraith continues to put out some awesome content). General life business and a family holiday have meant I have not had the time to sit down to complete anything, although there is plenty on my desk in mid production, so to speak.

Spartember #3 - Spartan complete!

Phew! As you may have guessed from the title of this post, I have finished assembling the Spartan Assault Tank, and I am very bloody glad I have!!!

My binge on the Space Wolves has continued unabated (apart from the Spartan, which has sucked a fair bit of joy from my hobby life).

I am building quite a backlog of hobby progress I need to post up, but content is coming thick and fast so I can't seen to fit it all in. Not a bad place to be in considering a year ago I was struggling to get any hobby in or post much on the blog.

Spartember Update #2

Well folks, I have managed to get a few hours in over the weekend on the Spartan, but progress has been slightly slow due to the expected problems I have hit.

I got a Spartan assault tank, which I am excited to get on the table. Looks a bitch to assemble though, so might be a while before you see it on here :D. His was an Iron Warriors force (which he has been posting up some lovely pictures of) while I planned to do a Word Bearers army, as I loved the fluff behind them, thier rules were really cool and the models in the range are just stunning.
